    Yes, delivery is FREE for all orders within Singapore — no minimum order required!

  2. How long does delivery take?
    Please allow up to 2 - 4 business days for your order to arrive (excluding public holidays). You can see the estimated delivery period at checkout.

  3. How will I know when my order has shipped?
    Once your gift set has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number.

  4. Can I get next-day delivery?
    Yes, we can arrange "NEXT-DAY EXPRESS delivery" for an additional $15. We understand last-minute gifting happens, and we’re here to help!

  5. Will the gift set include a receipt or invoice?
    No worries! We don’t include any receipts or invoices in our parcels.

  6. How will the gift set be packaged if it’s sent as a gift?
    The gift set will be placed inside an external box to keep it safe and secure.


  7. Can I see photos of the gift set before it ships?
    Of course! Just WhatsApp us at +65 8841 8001 or email us with your order number, and we’ll send photos of your gift set before we ship it out.

  8. Can I self-collect my order?
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer self-collection at this time.

  9. Can I make changes to my order?
    If you need to make changes, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. We work quickly to prepare your gifts!

  10. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

  11. How do I care for the wooden clips and teethers?
    Clean them with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Avoid submerging them in water to prevent damage. A care instruction card will be included with your purchase.

  12. Can I sterilise the pacifier clips?
    No, please don’t sterilise them. Both wood and silicone are naturally antimicrobial. Wipe them clean with a damp cloth and soapy water. Avoid soaking, as the wood may swell or crack.

  13. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
