Delivery is FREE for all orders (yup, no minimum order!) within Singapore.
We aim to pack your items and send them out as soon as we can. You can expect to receive your parcel 2-4 working days after placing your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your gift set has been shipped out.

I need a next-day delivery for my gift set. Can you help?
We understand that sometimes, you'll need a gift at the very last minute. We're happy to arrange for express delivery at an additional fee of $20.

I'm ordering this as a gift, to be delivered to my friend directly. Can you exclude any receipt/invoice?
No worries, we do not include in any receipt/invoice in all our parcels.

I'm ordering this as a gift, to be delivered to my friend directly. How will my gift set be packaged?
The gift set will be placed inside an external box.

Can I do a self-collection for my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection at the moment.

Can I change my order?
We strive to get your order ready as soon as we receive it. Do contact us within 3 hours upon placing your order should you have any changes to your order.

I'd like to receive photos of the gift set before you ship out. Is this possible?
Sure! We're happy to do this - just DM us your order number via Instagram or email and we'll send over photos of the gift set you've ordered.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to Singapore.

How do I care for the wooden clips and teethers?
Just use a damp cloth, and a mild soap to clean (use sparingly). Do not submerge in water or allow them to get super wet for a long time. You will also receive a care instructions card for your purchases with us.

Can I sterilize the pacifier clips?
Do not sterilize your clip. Both wood and silicone are naturally antimicrobial, cleaning them with a damp cloth with soapy water is sufficient to clean it. Do not soak as the wood may swell and crack.

What do I do if I received a wrong item?
